Data Center Senior MEP Estimator

Data Center Senior MEP Estimator sought to prepare and develop project estimates from CD through to IFC sets for mission-critical data center projects. You will provide specialist input on Mechanical and Electrical bids, review subcontractors' change orders, and analyze project documents to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures. The role includes participation in project meetings, collaboration with site teams and client leads, supporting program-wide cost-reduction efforts, and acting as a primary contact for data center clients. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field is required; RICS designation is preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in construction estimating with a focus on data centers or mission-critical facilities, plus strong budgeting, financial reporting, and client-management skills.
