Data Center Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator within the preconstruction team for CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) scopes. Lead market research, conceptual budgeting, and cost estimation; provide change order forensics and buyout support. Conduct takeoffs with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, and analyze subcontractor/vendor pricing for structural steel, precast, tilt-up, and mass concrete. Perform constructability reviews and value engineering, develop RFP documentation, assist with bid leveling and GC/contractor selection, and coordinate site walks. Occasional travel to project sites for kick-offs and pre-bid walks; role is fully remote.
