Job Summary
Conduct interior and exterior patrols at client sites to observe and report activities, incidents, and safety concerns while enforcing regulations for personnel and visitors. Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers during these patrols. Perform frequent sitting, standing, and walking, including climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain, while lifting up to 25 pounds as needed. Maintain a high attention to detail and use technology and cell phones only off-site. No prior experience required; training provided for those without retail, food service, or hospitality backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Must be comfortable using computers and technology
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to walk up to 5 miles per day
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to sit for extended periods
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to walk on uneven terrain
- Must be able to walk up inclines
- Must be able to conduct interior patrols
- Must be able to conduct exterior patrols
