Job Summary
Data Center QA/QC Manager responsible for overseeing quality across multiple data center construction projects, focusing on installation and commissioning of critical infrastructure systems. Performs periodic site walk-throughs to ensure adherence to company procedures and standards, communicates status to senior management, and ensures site acceptance and commissioning meets company standards. Develops MOPs/SOPs for DC builds, provides on-site coverage for facility management, and coordinates with design/construction teams. Leads the establishment of performance benchmarks, analyzes operations data, and prepares reports. Supports the development and implementation of Mission Critical O&M programs, and contributes to continuous improvement of critical environment programs through documentation and training materials.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of data center facility construction and commissioning experience
- 3-5 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Controls
- 5+ years leadership experience in data center facilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (a plus)
- Strong analytical, planning and problem resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills
- Highly organized with proven project management abilities
- Strong customer service skills
