Job Summary
Manage daily oversight of assigned projects, including active participation in new Project Pre-construction and monitoring job progress, subcontractor performance, and project costs. Review Assistant Project Manager RFIs and submittals, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare monthly billings and financial reports. Conduct weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings, manage expectations, and oversee timely project close-outs while visiting the jobsite twice weekly. Maintain project budgets, deliver projected profits, and mentor junior staff under the leadership of management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in construction science
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience
- Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial construction projects
- Exposure to MEP systems coordination and installation
- Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction management software
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Visit Jobsite twice per week
- Annually complete 20 hrs of Continued Education
