Data Center Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage daily oversight of assigned data center projects, including active participation in new Project Pre-construction, monitoring job progress, and reviewing Assistant Project Manager RFIs and Submittals. Negotiate with Subcontractors and Suppliers, prepare monthly billings and financial reports, and conduct weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings to manage expectations. Oversee timely project closeouts, maintain project budgets to deliver projected profits, and visit the jobsite twice weekly. Mentor junior staff, support contract completion dates, and communicate openly with the Superintendent and Senior Project Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in construction science or commensurate experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience
- Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial construction projects
- Exposure to MEP systems coordination and installation
- Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction management software
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Visit Jobsite twice per week
- Annually complete 20 hrs of Continued Education
