Data Center Project Manager

Manage daily oversight of all assigned projects, including monitoring job progress, subcontractor performance, and project costs. Lead new project pre-construction activities, review RFIs and submittals, and prepare monthly billings and financial reports. Conduct weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings to manage expectations and oversee timely project closeouts. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining project budgets and delivering projected profits. Visit the jobsite twice weekly and communicate openly with the superintendent and senior management. Update milestones and potential drawbacks regularly, mentor junior staff, and complete 20 hours of annual continued education.
