Job Summary
Direct day-to-day construction activities using established PMO frameworks, manage detailed project schedules, and oversee all delivery phases to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and timeline. Enforce site safety procedures, maintain quality standards through rigorous documentation, and apply construction accounting principles for forecasting and financial reporting. Act as the primary liaison for internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to communicate updates, risks, and milestones while tracking vendor performance and monitoring expenditures. Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and drive timely resolutions using data-driven insights to optimize project outcomes. This role guides the full lifecycle of the largest data center project in the United States, fostering cross-functional alignment and championing operational excellence for mission-critical infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to interpret and leverage data for informed decision-making
- Extensive knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Solid understanding of estimating, engineering principles, and construction methodologies
- Experience with formal change management processes
- Strong grasp of construction accounting, budgeting, and cost forecasting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving project demands
- Proficiency with industry tools such as MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and other construction platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience in a leadership or management capacity
- Must be open to between 15-50% travel throughout the U.S.
