Job Summary
Collect submittals from subcontractors, prepare submittal registers, and review and process RFIs to the architect. Update drawings electronically using BlueBeam/CMIC, schedule project meetings, and assist with pay applications and subcontractor pricing. Support scheduling of material delivery, create pre-punch and architect punchlists, and manage closeout documentation including warranty tracking and owner training. Stationed onsite or visiting the job site regularly to ensure efficient project completion. Requires experience with data center or mission-critical construction projects and proficiency in Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial construction projects.
- Exposure to MEP systems coordination and installation.
- Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction management software.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience.
