Job Summary
Collect submittals from subcontractors, prepare submittal registers, and review RFIs for architects while maintaining document control. Schedule project meetings, update drawings electronically using BlueBeam/CMIC, and assist with pay applications and subcontractor pricing. Support scheduling of subcontractors and material delivery, then complete project closeout by creating punchlists, collecting closeout documents, and preparing the Closeout Manual. Track warranty items and schedule owner training. This role requires OSHA 30 certification and experience with Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud, supporting Pogue's expansion in Mission Critical and Data Center portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial construction projects.
- Exposure to MEP systems coordination and installation.
- Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction management software.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience.
