Job Summary
Collect submittals from subcontractors, prepare submittal registers, and review RFIs for the architect. Process and file documents, schedule project meetings, and update drawings electronically using BlueBeam or CMIC. Assist project management with pay applications, subcontractor pricing, and scheduling of material deliveries. Complete project closeout, create punchlists, and prepare closeout manuals while tracking warranty items. Stationed onsite or visiting the job site regularly. Experience with data center or mission-critical projects, Procore, and OSHA 30 certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial construction projects
- Exposure to MEP systems coordination and installation
- Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction management software
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience
