Data Center Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Data Center Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating BIM/Revit/Virtual Construction activities, leading MEP coordination with clients, A/E, and subs, conducting BIM clash detection, and supporting preconstruction and budgeting. Will manage equipment lists and orders to minimize delivery delays, track progress from OEM to site, and ensure on-site availability of equipment. Role requires strong communication with field trades, vendors, and the project team; provide documentation for MEP scopes; participate in progress and safety meetings; oversee start-up, commissioning, and turnover processes; ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications; support project budgeting and change orders; and apply BIM-related tools (BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk tools) to deliver data center projects on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (a plus) or equivalent trade experience
- 3 to 5+ years of commercial / critical facilities MEP Construction experience
- Revit / BIM 360 a Must
- Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) experience a HUGE plus
- Detailed understanding of Electrical systems to include integrated testing, MEP system installation and sequencing, Commissioning, MOPs / SOPs of installation, functionality and troubleshooting; turnover, etc.
