Data Center Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Monitor daily workflows to ensure projects are on schedule, resolve discrepancies with pack lists and purchase orders, and report errors or faults to implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate inventory of tools, PPE, and equipment while scheduling and recording daily events in systems like Netsuite and Teams. Coordinate with the warehouse to stage materials for operations and document incidents or damage from work. Assist in daily management of the workflow calendar and escalate recurring issues to management. Requires 1+ years of warehouse experience and 2+ years in project coordination; forklift experience is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and long periods on feet is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 + years of receiving experience in a warehouse environment
- 2 + years of previous project coordinating experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Commitment to safety as demonstrated through previous work
- Ability to multitask under pressure in a face-paced environment
- Personal accountability with a customer-focused sense of urgency
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; possess good phone and email etiquette
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills; ability to multitask; demonstrate flexibility
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English proficiently
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as required
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
- This position requires physical stamina and the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Ability to work long hours on one's feet and regularly walk, bend, stoop, climb, and reach
