Data Center Product Development Manager(Mechanical)

Job Summary
Lead technical tendering, design verification, and product performance validation for core data center equipment; oversee FAT for core infrastructure equipment and prefabricated modular products (including Power Skids, Generator Modules, Cooling Plants, IT Spaces, and Air Handling Units); drive standardization of test plans and automation scripts; develop repeatable factory testing workflows; provide cross-functional support and travel for site visits and factory inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Infrastructure, or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center product development or systems engineering
- Fluency in English; international project experience preferred
- Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong logical thinking, communication, and coordination abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and factory inspections
- Knowledge of international testing standards, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
- Familiarity with Power Distribution, Standby Generators, Cooling Systems, and Energy Storage
