Data Center Operations Site Lead, JoinOCI

Lead on-site data center operations across one or more facilities, overseeing performance analyses and proactive monitoring to drive significant improvements. Partner across functions and regions to implement process enhancements, manage incident resolution and escalated technical issues, and utilize automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base, execute incident management protocols, and conduct root cause analyses to optimize operations. Oversee new region builds and expansions, serve as the main liaison for expansion projects, and provide oversight for installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics, directing component upgrades and infrastructure changes to enhance data center efficiency and stability.
