Job Summary
Data Center Operations Manager responsible for 24/7 onsite data center operations, overseeing installation, maintenance, and upgrades of infrastructure, monitoring performance, enforcing policies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, HVAC/UPS/power distribution, network and server hardware, and experience in disaster recovery planning, audits, and security requirements; leadership and project management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and obtain a Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field OR advanced certifications (e.g. Data Center Certified Associate, Certified Data Center Professional) preferred
- Must be able to obtain up to a Secret clearance
