Job Summary
Data Center Operations Manager I oversees day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs for assigned data center accounts. Responsible for supervising staff, payroll and budgets, planning and leading projects to improve efficiency, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, identifying and resolving issues, maintaining accurate time/attendance, and representing the company in customer meetings. Requires 1-3 years of operations experience, a bachelor’s degree (5+ years in lieu of degree acceptable), strong communication and documentation skills, attention to detail, problem solving, and proficiency with computer-based tasks.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years direct business operations experience
- Experience managing an hourly labor force
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Documentation skills and adherence to regulations
- Problem solving/issue resolution skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
