Job Summary
Ensure all MEP plant and distribution infrastructure is operated and maintained safely per industry standards and manufacturer recommendations. Monitor power and environmental conditions within critical facility spaces, perform assigned maintenance tasks using the internal CMMS, and assist with planning corrective maintenance schedules. Escort outside contractors, respond to site incidents by executing MOP/EOP documentation to resolve issues, and support Change Control policies. Conduct site rounds to report issues and participate in construction and commissioning activities as directed. Adhere to all safety laws and support the development of site policies and standards to deliver 100% uptime of critical infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a Data Center with proven success in delivering customer requirements in a critical technology environment
- Evidence of self-management and alignment with ever-changing priorities
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Tenacity
- Working to a high level of accuracy
