Job Summary
Data Center Market Sector Leader for the MEA region focused on driving strategic expansion, client engagement, and delivery excellence across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center clients. Lead market development, pursue and win opportunities, oversee masterplanning and data center design/construction management, strengthen client relationships, and build a high-performing regional practice in partnership with global leadership. Responsibilities include steering market strategy, growing the data center portfolio, qualifying opportunities, leading proposals and client presentations, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, profitable project delivery. Travel across the MEA region as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering/Architecture
- 12 years of relevant experience including 5 years in business development or leadership roles focused on data center development/design
- Demonstrated experience developing strong client relationships
- Experience leading teams
