Job Summary
Data Center Logistics Specialist II responsible for logistics duties within the data center, including inventory management, asset management, and data management. Role emphasizes execution and prioritization of daily operational activities, completion of tasks within SLA and quality standards, and maintaining high productivity while balancing accuracy and safety. Responsibilities include adjusting workflows to meet demands, communicating workload changes to hit SLA/quality targets, investigating and resolving discrepancies, ensuring proper labeling and chain of custody of inventory, enforcing SOPs and safety protocols, supporting audits and corrective actions, communicating risks to SLA performance, identifying root causes of errors or delays, taking immediate corrective actions, using escalation pathways, providing timely updates to stakeholders, supporting seamless workflow handoffs, assisting with new workflows/tools/layouts, sharing best practices across shifts/teams, and participating in safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Previous experience in a data center desirable
- Ability to utilize computer
