Job Summary
Perform logistics duties within a data center including inventory management, asset management, and data management. Role is responsible for execution and prioritization of daily operational activities, completion of tasks within SLA and quality standards, and maintenance of high productivity while balancing accuracy and safety. Responsibilities include adjusting workflows to meet operational demands, communicating workload changes, investigating discrepancies, ensuring proper tracking and chain of custody of inventory, enforcing SOPs and safety guidelines, supporting audits and corrective actions, providing timely updates to stakeholders, facilitating seamless workflow handoffs, and participating in implementing new workflows or tools. Demonstrates reliability, safety awareness, and ability to identify root causes of errors or delays, with a focus on continuous improvement across shifts or teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to utilize computer
- Previous experience in a data center desirable
