Job Summary
Manage inventory, asset, and data management within the data center while executing daily operational activities to meet SLA and quality standards. Adjust workflows and priorities to resolve discrepancies, enforce safety protocols, and ensure proper tracking and chain of custody for all inventory. Investigate root causes of errors, take immediate corrective actions, and communicate risks to stakeholders early. Support audit readiness, facilitate seamless workflow handoffs, and implement new tools or layouts. Share best practices across shifts and escalate safety hazards immediately. Maintain high productivity and accuracy while balancing safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to utilize computer

- Previous experience in a data center
