Job Summary
Lead and manage workflow and duty allocation for team members across Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, Staging, and Order Selecting areas. Adjust workflows and priorities to meet operational demands while ensuring proper tracking, labeling, and chain of custody of inventory. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, identify root causes of errors, and enforce adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and handling guidelines. Communicate risks to SLA performance early, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and support seamless workflow handoffs. Take immediate corrective actions within authority and assist with identifying root causes of delays or process breakdowns. Participate in safety initiatives, reporting, and audit readiness while sharing best practices across shifts or teams.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- A minimum of 1+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks
- A minimum of 6 month's experience operating stand-up material handling equipment
- Experience operating a stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to utilize computer
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- First preference will be given to applicants with experience operating stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck
- Experience operating other material handling equipment such as Sit-down, Stand up reach truck, Electric Pallet Jack
- Previous experience in a data center
- Prior experience in a data center
