Job Summary
Manage inventory, asset tagging, and tracking systems for incoming and outgoing hardware within the data center. Install servers by rack and stacking, connect power and network cables, and stage equipment for deployment while performing routine maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Respond quickly to alerts and incidents to minimize downtime, ensuring environmental conditions remain stable to prevent overheating or infrastructure damage. Maintain strict security protocols and data compliance while executing housekeeping and documentation under approved procedures.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months experience operating sit-down forklift, stand-up reach truck, Electric pallet jack
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels
- At least 6 month's experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
