Job Summary
Lead Technician at Network Connex responsible for managing all phases of Datacenter installation projects, from receipt of engineering work packages to project completion and final documentation. Direct the team in assembling and installing cable trays, racks, and cabinets in telecommunications closets, ensure adherence to TIA/EIA and BICSI standards during installation and testing of copper and fiber products, interpret test results, troubleshoot issues, and deliver projects that meet customer expectations while providing strong customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of fiber terms and troubleshooting
- Ability to understand and accurately complete all paperwork
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License
