Data Center IT Technician

Job Summary
Maintain and optimize data center IT infrastructure, diagnose and resolve hardware issues across server and network hardware, install/upgrade/decommission IT hardware, manage fiber optics and patch cables, handle RMAs, and collaborate with internal teams. Role involves shift work (day & night), potential travel between data centers, and on-call rotations. Familiarity with Linux CLI and basic server/network equipment desired. Opportunities to work on impactful AI projects in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of server and networking equipment
- Practical, hands-on experience with server hardware, network switches, and fiber optic cabling
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues
- A proactive, responsible, and results-driven work attitude
