Job Summary
Diagnosing and resolving IT hardware issues in Nebius' data center; installing, upgrading, and dismantling hardware; managing fiber optic connectivity; planning and executing regular IT tasks to maintain and improve operations; processing RMAs; developing clear documentation for hardware configuration and troubleshooting; collaborating with internal teams and external contractors; travel between data center locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues
- Solid understanding of data center operations and server/network equipment principles
- Basic proficiency in Linux and command-line tools
- Practical experience with server IT hardware, enterprise-grade network switches, and fiber optic cables
- Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lists, graph creation)
- Proactive, responsible and goal-oriented approach to work
