Job Summary
Lead technical discussions with data center customers to define opportunities for smooth operation and performance of data center infrastructure; manage a global team of application engineers as the technical liaison between customers and product development; guide development and R&D to accelerate product timelines and craft technology strategies and road maps for 3M interconnect products and data center infrastructure; establish relationships with customers and data center stakeholders, drive product evaluations at data center customers, and develop customer-specific data packages demonstrating product performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Three (3) years of hands-on experience in Data Center infrastructure, either operations or networking and interconnects in a private, public, government or military environment
