Data Center EHS Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and deliver safety, environmental, and orientation training programs for employees and subcontractors while implementing site-specific safety programs aligned with OSHA standards and client requirements. Conduct facility and jobsite inspections to identify hazards, then lead accident, incident, and injury investigations including root-cause analysis and corrective action tracking. Manage all safety documentation such as audits, pre-task plans, job hazard analyses, and safety data sheets, utilizing MS Word and Excel for reporting and program management. Partner with project managers, field leadership, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and promote a proactive safety culture. This role is based in New Albany, OH, for a full-time position within large-scale construction and mission-critical infrastructure sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in large-scale construction environments
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
- Demonstrated experience conducting inspections, audits, and safety training
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence field teams and leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in data centers, structured cabling, or mission-critical infrastructure
- OSHA Outreach Trainer (10/30 Hour)
- BCSP credentials, such as: ASP, CHST, OHST, CSP, SMT / SMS, CET, GSP
