Data Center Customer Operations IV

Review work orders in the queue and handle moderately difficult rack, stack, and cross-connect tickets while adhering to commitment times. Install and test complex infrastructure including overhead cable trays, fiber terminations, and switched/multiplexed circuits, performing quality checks on cross-connects and recommending process improvements. Support cross-functional teams by collaborating on customer tickets, monitoring stock levels, and managing escalated alarms or security backup needs. Maintain detailed written records, update asset databases, and ensure accurate reporting for ad-hoc requests. Provide on-site customer support through access control and escorting services, acting as the primary point of contact for exceptions and escalations.
