Data Center Customer Operations III

Queue management, reporting, and rack-and-stack installations for semi-routine customer equipment tickets. Perform intra-cage infrastructure work including fiber trays, ladder racks, and tape changes while adhering to standard operating procedures. Execute cross-connects, terminations, and modifications for coax, fiber, and twisted pair copper, ensuring proper cable management and certification testing. Support customer satisfaction through timely order execution, on-site access control, and escorting services. Provide backup assistance to team members and complete assigned training in a timely manner. This backfill position supports the operations team at Equinix, where you will maintain critical digital infrastructure powering the global network.
