Data Center Customer Operations III

Perform semi-routine preventative maintenance checks and repairs on non-critical facility components, including plumbing, fire suppression, and safety systems. Monitor the Building Monitoring System (BMS) to respond timely to semi-routine alarms and assist senior staff with higher-level corrective maintenance. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance activities, manage work order approvals, and track daily progress. Complete semi-routine site logs for permits, execute work requests and circuit installations, and follow established procedures for troubleshooting office equipment. Support on-site incident responses and inform stakeholders of inventory needs to maintain stock levels of parts and equipment.
