Data Center Customer Operations Engineer at Equinix responsible for customer-facing operational support: managing work orders and escalations, maintaining detailed records, updating asset databases, and performing installations such as rack and stack, cable management, cross-connects, and testing (layer 1; potential expansion to layer 2/3 under supervision). Required Qualifications
- Higher Nitec in an IT-related field
- 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
- Hands-on maintenance/troubleshooting in tight spaces or at height
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts including after-hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to support 24x7 operations
