Equinix Data Center Critical Facilities V position in Munich: role focuses on maintenance and operation of technical infrastructure powering data-center environments, with emphasis on electrical and cooling systems including medium and low voltage, UPS systems, and load transfer switches. Responsibilities include project planning and execution for technical infrastructure, monitoring and operating critical systems (UPS, NEA systems, air conditioning, building management), system optimization and component replacements, incident response, material procurement, supplier coordination, and ensuring quality and safety across the area of responsibility. Required qualifications include a vocational training in electrical or building-tech disciplines, advantageous technician/masters certification, several years of relevant experience in maintenance and operation of building infrastructure, strong documentation, and willingness to work in shifts; fluency in German and good English; and the ability to work autonomously in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.
