Job Summary
Maintain and operate technical infrastructure, specifically power and cooling systems, including medium and low voltage, UPS units, and load transfer switches. Independently organize, coordinate, and execute projects for technical infrastructure, covering commissioning and acceptance. Monitor and operate operational systems such as UPS, NEA systems, and HVAC, while optimizing and exchanging technical assets. Manage incident response, support daily operations, handle material procurement, and oversee subcontractor management. Ensure consistent quality and regular safety inspections across the responsibility area. Requires a completed vocational training as an electrician or HVAC technician, shift availability, and fluent German.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker / Elektroniker / Energieelektroniker / Kälte- und Klimatechniker (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Durchführung von Wartung, Inspektion, Beheben von Störungen und Instandsetzungen an technischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen der Gebäudeinfrastruktur
- Bedienen von technischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen
- Anlagenbezogene Dokumentation ordnungsgemäß führen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit
