Job Summary
Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager in Las Vegas to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical builds ($50M+), overseeing full lifecycle from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. Responsibilities include scope management, submittals, RFIs, change orders, budget and schedule control, risk management, safety and quality assurance, and coordinating with field leadership, subcontractors, design teams, and client representatives. Requires strong leadership and communication, expertise in MEP coordination and commissioning, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Bluebeam. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 7+ years of commercial construction experience and experience with mission-critical/data center projects. Compensation includes base salary $120,000–$200,000 (DOE), annual bonus, vehicle allowance, and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of commercial construction experience
- 3+ years managing mission critical or data center projects
- Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Bluebeam
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination and commissioning processes
