Job Summary
Data Center Construction Project Manager responsible for directing data center construction projects, coordinating contractors and vendors, ensuring on-budget and on-time delivery, maintaining project scope/quality to company standards, handling change orders and back-office tasks, developing project plans and schedules, generating reports and RFPs, facilitating built-to-suit projects with value-engineering, and acting as the primary liaison across company departments while traveling to project sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as an Owner, as a General Contractor, or from a Trade
- Minimum 3 to 8+ years relevant experience in the Data Center Construction Industry
- Budget and P/L experience
- Client Facing / Client relationship / Client Management skills
- Willingness to travel to project site (50% Travel Required)
- Solid Construction Project Management experience
- Solid Admin skills
- Computer savvy: MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD a plus
