Job Summary
Seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to act as Owner's Rep for critical facility projects, responsible for leadership, project management, budgets, schedules, and client relationships in the data center construction industry, with a preferred Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- BA / BS a plus
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the Data Center Construction Industry
- Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as an Owner or as a General Contractor
- Must be familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing a budget
- Client Facing /Client relationship / Client Management skills
- Solid Construction Project Management experience
- Effective Communicator – emails, phone and face to face
- Ability to work independently
- Travel as needed to project sites
- Solid Admin skills
- Computer savvy: MS Project, Excel, P6 Oracle Primavera, AutoCAD a plus
- Previous experience in the Military / Military Veterans a huge plus!
