Job Summary
Independently manage the full scope of data center and hospital construction projects while leading teams, managing schedules, scope, and budget. Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning to achieve and maintain the client's vision. Ensure timely invoicing, secure add-services opportunities, and conduct requirements gathering while resolving issues and managing conflicts with clients, A&E professionals, contractors, and vendors. Anticipate project risks and solve complex challenges to keep projects on track. This role requires 3+ years of construction project management experience with 2+ years in critical environments, including MEP ground-up construction. Approximately 5 days onsite in Franklin Furnace, Ohio, subject to client needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- thorough understanding of the building design and construction process
- Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline
- 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects
- MEP experience in ground-up construction
