Job Summary
Immediate openings for Data Center Cable Technicians who specialize in low voltage installation, specifically involving CAT 5, CAT 6, and fiber cables, as well as associated installation tasks in a data center environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience performing low voltage installation
- Recent experience installing low voltage cable in data center environment
- Your own basic telecom tools including punch downs, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, PPE
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA, or NEC Standards
- Experience running or bending conduit
- Experience with digital multi-meters and testing cable
- Fiber experience including Anaerobic Terminations, SC and LC Connectors, and Splicing
- Ability to read and understand schematic and line diagrams
