Job Summary
Senior Data & Business Systems Analyst at Whitefox Technologies to help improve data flow and integrity across IT applications. Role involves partnering with departments to identify how data can be used/shared/reported, evaluating and planning upgrades or adoption of new IT applications (e.g., SAP, CRM), navigating AI-related data, representing the company’s values during site visits, ensuring best practices in data and systems integration, and developing enhanced data reporting to improve information flow and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years' experience in business systems, data analysis, business intelligence, or process improvement roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting
- Experience administering, configuring, or supporting ERP and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and data governance principles
- Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering process improvement initiatives
- Experience with SAP Business ByDesign
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience with Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI
- CRM platform experience (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot)
- Experience working across multiple countries or business units
- SQL and data querying skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and integration
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
