Job Summary
Collect, consolidate, and analyze commercial, CRM, and customer data from multiple internal and external sources to transform complex datasets into clear business insights. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, SQL, and other platforms to monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer segmentation. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Commercial Excellence teams to design automated recurring reports, identify trends and risks, and present findings to senior management. Ensure data quality and governance while supporting forecasting, territory analysis, and incentive schemes. Participate in digital transformation initiatives to improve reporting processes and field force productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence or Sales Analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI
- Professionnal Background in the Pharmaceutical sector
- Strong SQL skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva CRM or similar)
- Strong understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness methodologies and commercial KPIs
- Experience analyzing customer engagement and omnichannel performance
- Ability to transform business questions into analytical models and actionable recommendations
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent English
