Job Summary
Support Zoho Analytics rollout and create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports across departments. Collect, validate, analyze, and document data for organizational reporting while partnering with staff to identify improvement opportunities. Assist with data collection, cleaning, and analysis for the DAVE data program, preparing inputs for visualizations and documenting sources. Support implementation of approved AI tools and workflows by creating prompts, templates, and use-case documentation while following governance standards. Monitor data quality, escalate integrity issues, and create user guides and training materials. Hybrid work environment with in-office presence once weekly; limited travel including one domestic trade show and up to three international trips annually. Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field with strong analytical skills and working knowledge of SQL, Python, and BI platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Excel, data analysis, data cleaning, reporting concepts, and related tools such as SQL, Python, BI platforms, data visualization, or machine learning
- Interest in artificial intelligence, practical business applications of AI, and continued learning in emerging technologies
- Hybrid work environment; in-office once per week or as needed based
- Limited travel required. Current expectations include approximately one domestic trade show and one to three international trips annually, though travel requirements may vary based on organizational priorities
