Job Summary
Data & Automation Specialist - CP&O focuses on building and managing data-driven finance processes. You will implement ETL workflows using Alteryx to prepare and reconcile financial data from SAP, Excel, and other sources, develop Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and reconciliation status, automate manual finance tasks with Power Automate and Power Apps, query and validate data with SQL, and use Celonis for process mining to identify deviations and inefficiencies. You will conduct data quality checks, support financial planning, closing, and reporting, implement data governance practices, ensure IFRS alignment, maintain master data integrity, and collaborate with IT and global stakeholders to provide audit-ready automated workflows and robust controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, financial controlling, or process automation roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL
- Experience with Celonis or other process mining tools preferred
- Familiarity with SAP FI/CO and financial consolidation/reporting tools is a plus
- Proven experience with reconciliations, financial data validation, and internal controls
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
