Job Summary
Data Automation Analyst responsible for QA of automation systems, designing and monitoring cloud-based automation, and delivering detailed reporting for internal/external customers. Lead data requests for programs and integrate PGI platforms while ensuring data integrity across training programs, CGF examinations, and employee profiles. Oversee PGI Smartsheet applications, develop backend/frontend dashboards and data sheets, provide strategic insights on workflow health, drive KPI reporting, support employee scheduling/timekeeping processes, conduct both physical and digital training for CGF, and collaborate with Finance on process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree, US citizenship, 21+ age, ability to pass drug screen/background checks, and strong communication under a fast-paced environment; hybrid work arrangement in Herndon, VA with full-time exempt status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- U.S. Citizenship
- A minimum of 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and periodic random drug screening as well as a background check
- Must be able to read, write, understand the English language, apply written rules, instructions, and other materials
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience in a high-tempo operations environment
