Data & Automation Analyst - Internal Audit

Job Summary
Build and enhance Microsoft Copilot-enabled solutions for audit testing, SOX control procedures, evidence summarization, issue tracking, and reporting. Develop automated and semi-automated testing routines for SOX, operational audits, and continuous auditing while creating reusable analytics workflows, data models, and dashboards. Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation, workflow standardization, and process mining. Support the migration of existing Microsoft SQL Server assets to Snowflake and partner with auditors to translate requirements into practical analytical solutions. This role is on-site at the Irving, TX office.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, audit analytics, automation or related disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and audit requirements into reliable analytics, dashboards, automated tests, and repeatable workflows
- Experience working with large datasets, enterprise applications, and governed data environments
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, written communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
