Job Summary
Process and analyze computer-generated visual test data from detector cars to generate audits per company and client specifications. Provide customer audit reports for violations, maintain inter-company auditing requirements, and deliver visual data analysis or comparison results as assigned. Assist in maintaining departmental procedures, processing customer special requests, and providing analysis for new technology. Interact with customers to maintain relationships and follow up on complaints while ensuring departmental response times meet requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Maintain a relationship with the customer and follow up on all customer complaints
- Always maintain a professional and positive attitude toward employees and customers
