Job Summary
Data Asset Management Senior Consultant role based in New York with AMCL, a Turner & Townsend company. The role supports the US Team delivering asset management transformation projects for high-profile infrastructure clients, including asset management consultancy, information projects, and training. Responsibilities include leading or collaborating with teams to deliver full lifecycle asset management projects, advising clients on capabilities improvements, leading asset management project delivery in line with governance, identifying business development opportunities, delivering workshops, producing asset management products, and contributing to thought leadership. Requires six+ years of infrastructure or asset management consulting experience, strong knowledge of asset management standards and lifecycle processes, and solid consulting and communication skills. The salary range is $130K-$160K per year for a full-time role, with on-site requirements that may adapt based on client needs, and a clear commitment to an inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of experience in an Infrastructure organization or as a consultant to Infrastructure organizations
- Knowledge of asset management guidance and standards such as ISO 5500X
- Familiarity with Asset Management landscapes including IAM and GFMAM frameworks
- Understanding of Asset Management Policy, Strategic Asset Management Plan, Asset Class Strategy or Lifecycle Management Plan, and Asset Management Plan
- Experience with lifecycle phases (Acquire, Operate, Maintain, Dispose) and related decision-making processes
- Experience with IT systems supporting Asset Management and related procurement knowledge
- Strong business management capabilities including governance, performance management, risk management, and change management
- Experience with end-to-end business processes such as Investment/Business Planning, Work Management, Inventory Management, Safety Management, or Procurement
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to translate analytical findings into concise insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver on time and budget
- Consulting fundamentals: planning, delivery, collaboration, integrity, information solicitation and analysis, problem solving, and implementation
- Customer-focused consulting with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed
- On-site presence and client-facing delivery flexibility
- Open to working within a US-based team and projects
