Job Summary
Own the ARES data model governance, including custom objects, field definitions, and relationships, while governing cross-team change requests through the Solution Architect. Design and build production integrations, construct mock endpoint infrastructure for validation, and author API documentation covering definitions, schemas, and test evidence. Ensure alignment with Department of War Data Strategy and serve as a technical lead engaging directly with government stakeholders. This role requires depth across Salesforce data modeling and enterprise integration engineering within VivSoft's mission-driven technology team focused on cloud, DevSecOps, and AI solutions for the federal space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8-12+ years of data engineering/science experience
- 3-5+ years directly with Salesforce architecture
- Demonstrated experience integrating with DoD/DoW authoritative data sources (DEERS, MilPDS, Envision, or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience mapping legacy system schemas to Salesforce data models
- Experience with OpsEA Platform Events
- Salesforce Certified Data Architect
- CompTIA Security+
