Job Summary
Lead and shape TechSoup's global data strategy as a senior data leader. Define and deliver scalable data platforms (Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics), own data governance and quality, and drive data-driven decision-making across a mission-driven, global nonprofit. Manage and mentor a data team, oversee analytics and reporting, and partner with senior leaders to embed data into enterprise IT strategy. Stay at the forefront of data & AI innovations to unlock business value and enable cross-functional decision-making across NGO operations, fundraising, program delivery, and IT. The role is fully remote, with a focus on international collaboration and impact, reporting to the Chief Solutions Officer.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience total, with 2 years in a data architect role and 5 years as a data engineer
- Strong background in data architecture & platforms (design → build → run)
- Proven team leadership experience (3–5+ years)
- Experience with Azure data stack / Microsoft Fabric / Dynamics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English required
- This is fully remote role
